mku With the arrival of fall and winter…. comes cold weather which can make our skin feel and look dry & dull. There are tons of products in the market, the options are limitless  from different  prices to  targets, but personally we  just  love making our own skincare (obviously when we can…when we have the time & ingredients needed @ hand )

Refreshing cleanser x normal skin

Nourishing exfoliating & toning!

Yogurt contains high levels of lactic acid and zinc which not only brighten our skin but also smooth out fine lines,  hydrate and provide us with a natural  glow.

Cucumbers contain high levels of antioxidants, besides being loaded with super hydrating properties the antioxidants present will slow down the aging process by fighting free radicals. They also reduce inflammation.
Simply mix two tablespoons of low fat yogurt with a grated cucumber.

Apply and massage x 3 minutes.
Rinse your skin with cold weather (seal in moisture) and pat dry.

It’s a great fall and winter morning cleanser to begin your day on a refreshing note.
